I want to be a tutor to help a child reach their very best potential, keep focused, prepare better, & learn. Some of the relevant classes I am taking/or have taken are: Composition I & II honors, American Literature I, Intro to Psych, Child Psych, Drugs and Human Behavior, Biology, Anatomy & Physiology, Communications, and other elective courses like music: a listening approach. I've maintained a 4.0 throughout my college career, so far. I umpire in youth baseball leagues. I haven’t always been the best student, but I try to be today. Early on in my education I excelled at everything, but there was a time when I just wasn't feeling it, and by tutoring I would like to hope that I can help someone else avoid this feeling. What I would like to do is help someone keep focused, prepare better, learn, and avoid some of the mistakes I made. If I had a little more guidance, and from someone I could relate to, schooling would have been a lot easier. I also enjoy athletics such as hockey, football, baseball, & golf. When I graduate from BSC I would like to attend Law school. I have great friends, and a positive social life, and when I’m not doing any of this, I like to volunteer with different adolescent programs that specialize in mental health issues, such as substance abuse and alcoholism. I love helping others. I may be helping them now, but in the long run they are helping me too!
